Stuffed cheese shells


 



*Ingredients




°Boiling jumbo - boil first




°Spaghetti sauce




°15 ounces ricotta cheese




°8 ounces torn mozzarella




°1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese




°1 Egg




°1 tbsp parsley




°1 tbsp basil




°1 teaspoon oregano




°Salt




°Fresh cracked black pepper




° garlic




* Methods 




Step 1




Mix all the above ingredients together, along with mozzarella.




Step 2




I put the sauce in the pan, put it in the sauce, and cover it with mozzarella (I use a well-functioning ice cream scoop).




Step 3




Place the aluminum paper on top, place the oven on 350 bake for 25 minutes and take off the aluminum paper and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
