*Ingredients:
°2 slices of bread (white, wheat, sourdough or any other type you prefer)
°2-3 slices cheese (cheddar, swiss, quality, etc.)
°1-2 tbsp butter
*Methods:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Spread the butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of buttered bread on the pan.
Layer the cheese slices over the bread in the pan.
Place the second slice of buttered bread over the cheese.
Cook until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt, about 3-5 minutes.
Turn the sandwich carefully with a spoon.
Cook until the second slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted, another 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the pan and cool for 1 or 2 minutes.
Cut in half, if desired, and serve hot.
