PEANUTS WITH CHOCOLATE š
Ingredients:
320g of chocolate chips
250g white chocolate chips 200g baking chocolate
80g peanut butter
350g unsalted peanuts
350g of salted peanuts
Preparation:
In a saucepan add the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, baking chocolate, peanut butter and heat gently over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the ingredients have melted, remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes.
Add the peanuts, then place the crock pot caramel on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place the tray in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until the candies set.
