Ingredients:
190 g Oreo biscuits (about 20-25 pieces), crushed
40 g melted butter (1.42 oz)
240 ml heavy cream (33-36%) (1 cup)
Instructions:
Crush the Oreo biscuits until they are finely ground.
Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the base of a dish to form a crust layer.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream over the biscuit crust layer.
Chill the dessert in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
