AMERICAN CHEESE CAKE ๐Ÿ˜‹ 


Ingredients: 

240g dry biscuits 

110g butter Cream: 

500g of spreadable cheese 100g of fresh liquid cream 65g of sugar 

25g of corn starch 

1 egg 

1 yolk 


To decorate: 


100 grams of sour cream berries to taste Indications: Blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. 


Crush the mixture in a mold and refrigerate for 25 minutes. 


Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the cream cheese, starch, cream, egg and yolk. 


Pour the mixture over the base and bake at 340°F/170° for 20 minutes. 


Top with sour cream and berries.
