Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake Bars*


°16 oz whole cream cheese, softened

°1 lemon zest

°1 1/4 cup granulated sugar

°1/4 cup sour cream

°1/4 cup all-purpose flour

°1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

°2 large eggs


Preheating oven

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, sugar and melted butter.

Place the raspberry filling in small circles around the cake and use a knife to make swirling patterns.

Cook and let cool completely.
