HOMEMADE MILK BREAD πŸ˜‹ 


Ingredients: 


150 milliliters of milk (warm)

 25 grams of sugar 

5 grams of dry yeast 

1 egg 30 grams of butter (melted)

 300 grams of common wheat flour 

3 grams of salt 


Preparation: 


1. In a container place sugar, warm milk and butter. Mix well. 


2. Add common wheat flour and salt, mix. 


3. Knead for 5 minutes or until you get a soft and smooth dough. Then let it rest for 30 minutes. 


4. Divide the dough into eight parts. 


5. Place in a greased mold #20. Let rest for 45 minutes or until it triples its volume. 


6. Brush with 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes. 7. Enjoy.
