HOMEMADE CHEESE ๐Ÿ˜‹ 


Ingredients: 


2 liters of milk 

1 teaspoon salt

 200 milliliters of lemon juice 


Preparation: 


1. In a pot, place the milk and add the salt. Mingle 


2. Cook over low heat until it starts to boil. 


3. Place the lemon, mix well and cook for 5 minutes. 


4. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. 5. Strain, then place in a container. 


6. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 7. Enjoy.
