Chocolate crepe


 Ingredients:

 • Fryna cup

 • 2 tablespoons of brown cocoa

 • Vanilla

 • 3 tablespoons of sugar

 • 3 grains of eggs

 2 cups of milk

 • 2 tablespoons of oil

 • Chocolate for coating


 How to prepare:

 • In a bowl, put the flour, cocoa, sugar,

 Vanilla, eggs and milk.  We mix everyone

 well until we get a liquid mixture

 homogeneous, then let it rest for 15 minutes

 At least then we add oil.

 • Heat a crepe pan and grease it

 With butter, put a quantity of crepe mixture

 On a low heat until it is level on both sides

 Then we put it on a plate and paint it

 With chocolate to coat, then we close the pill and

 Decorate as desired.
