Chocolate Bundt  Cake


INGREDIENTS 

2 cups cake flour (sifted)

3/4  cup cocoa powder (sifted )

11/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

2 teaspoon baking powder 

2 cups sugar 

2 pinches of salt 

1 cup vegetable oil 

2 teaspoon vanilla essence 

1 cup coffee or hot water 

2 eggs (room temperature )

1 cup buttermilk (greek yogurt)


INSTRUCTIONS 


Preheat oven to 180°C

In a bowl mix  flour, baking powder, soda,salt, cocoa powder together and set aside 


In a separate bowl, add oil,essence, eggs, milk,sugar & mix with electric mixer for about 2 to 3 minutes until well combined.

 Now prepare the hot coffee or water and pour in wet ingredients and mix. 

Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, beat until well incorporated. Do not overmix

Pour batter into 10 inches greased Bundt cake pan.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.


GANACHE. 

For ganache you microwave 1 cup chocolate chips plus three quarter heavy cream and a pinch of salt 

You microwave for a minute and whisk thoroughly until you have silky and smooth chocolate ganache

Let it cool and pour over the Bundt cake.
