- Ingredients :

400 grams of Maria-like cookies or digestive cookies

500 ml of milk

200 grams of sugar

2 tablespoons of vanilla essence

200 grams of butter at room temperature

2 scoops of powdered cocoa (optional)

Decorations of your choice (chocolate chips, nuts, fruits etc) )

- Preparation :

1. In a large bowl, pour the milk and add the sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

2. Add the butter at room temperature and blend until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.

3. If you want a chocolate variation, add cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.

4. Take a cooling fountain or mold and start assembling the cake. Start by placing a layer of cookies at the bottom of the fountain, ensuring you cover the entire surface.

5. Pour a layer of the milk and butter mixture over the cookies, making sure you cover them completely. Repeat this process by alternating layers of cookies and mix until you've used all the ingredients.

6. Finish the cake with a layer of mix and decorate the top with your favorite ingredients, such as chocolate chips, nuts or fresh fruits.

7. Cover the cake with film paper or a lid and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably all night, so that the cookies soften and form a perfect texture.
