Ingredients:


2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup celery, finely diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/4 cup grapes, halved

1/4 cup dried cranberries (or raisins)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: chopped nuts (such as almonds or pecans), for garnish

Optional: lettuce leaves or bread, for serving

Directions:


In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined and the chicken is evenly coated.

Add diced celery, red onion, grapes, and dried cranberries (or raisins) to the chicken mixture. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Season the chicken salad with salt and pepper, to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

When ready to serve, garnish the chicken salad with chopped nuts if desired. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
