Fluffy brioche



°300 ml of milk
°100 grams of sugar
°2 tablespoons of active yeast
°100 ml of oil
°750 grams of flour
°50 grams of melted butter
°a pinch of salt
°2 eggs
°100 ml of oil


Step 1
Pour the oil, milk, eggs, egg whites, yeast and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix it well. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead though. Grease the bowl with oil, put the dough, cover and let it rise.

Step 2

Knead the dough, spread the butter, roll it out and cut it into pieces as shown in the photo. Then cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes

Step 3
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°C or depending on your oven. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve
