The best banana bread recipe



°½ cup (80 g) melted butter
°4 large ripe bananas, mashed (1¼2 to 1½4 cups)
°½ c (165 g) granulated sugar
°One large egg, at room temperature
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1½ cups (186 grams) all-purpose flour
°1 teaspoon of baking soda
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare an 8" x 4" loaf pan by spraying it with nonstick spray.
Melting butter and set apart to cool.
In  bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.)
Add butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and mix until completely combined.
Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. (Cover with aluminum foil if it turns brown too quickly.)
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with crumbs, but not soggy batter.
