Ingredients:
1 6 oz package strawberry gelatin
2 3 oz packages cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
4 cups hot water
8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
STEPS
In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry gelatin and cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix.
Add 4 cups of hot water and stir until the gelatin and pudding mix are completely dissolved.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until it starts to thicken (about 1 hour).
Once the mixture has thickened, add the whipped topping and stir until well combined.
Fold in the sliced strawberries.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
