For the mass:

 500 grams of flour

 10 grams of yeast

 250 ml of milk

 3 egg yolks

 60 grams of sugar

 60 gr butter

 1 packet of vanilla

 3 tablespoons orange juice

 1 pinch of salt

 1L of sunflower oil

 For the cream:

 2 packets of powdered vanilla cream

 200ml cold milk

 200 ml of whipped cream

 3 fixed cream


 1. Combine flour, yeast, sugar, warm milk, eggs, butter, orange juice, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt, then knead the dough.  Once the dough is mixed and set aside, mix it back into the flour and roll into balls.

 2. Bake in oil after a short rest.

 3. Make the filling, cut the donuts in half and fill with a rich filling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
