Ingredients:
- 1 (3.4 oz) package orange gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water.
2. Add cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 2 cups. Stir until the gelatin starts to set.
3. Remove any remaining ice cubes and stir in crushed pineapple with its juice.
4. Gently fold in mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, and whipped topping.
5. If desired, add shredded coconut for extra texture.
