Easy Caramel Butter Pecan Bars
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, flour, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over the dough layer.
Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over the pecans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
